Watermelon SaladYields Serves 6 to 8
1 small red onion
Vinaigre de Banyuls
1 to 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- Cut a 10-pound watermelon into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Add one small red onion, thinly sliced, salt and freshly ground black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, and Vinaigre de Banyuls to taste.
- Chill, drain excess liquid, and serve.
